You might try BringWindowToTop( hWnd )

W = GetDeviceCaps( hDC, HORZRES );
H = GetDeviceCaps( hDC, VERTRES );

Basically, besides adjusting the size of the created bitmap, you use
StretchBlt instead of BitBlt to capture the image.
