Hi Guys,

 Here's the strange situation I'm in. I own a PC Tablet laptop. I'm doing 
some Blitz3d progrmming on it.  (Yes, yes, I know that this is an borland 
programming group, give me some time to explain before you shut me up!)

The problem occurs when I run my Blitz3d program on my laptop and the 
program does not run.  It appears breifly and then disapears.  Somebody on 
the Blitz3D forums told me that the program 'Tabtip' is intefering with the 
blitz programs.

So the reason I'm here is to ask:

1.  Does anyhow know what code I use to disable the Tabtip program.
2.  Incorporate the code into a .dll so that I can use the .dll program 
within a blitz program.  (The blitz program does not not have system level 
commands)
