From where do I take the defenition for 'GUID_DEVCLASS_USB' ?  

I get this error message:

Undefined symbol 'GUID_DEVCLASS_USB'.

I have - 

#include <windows.h>
#include <dbt.h>         // for DEV_BROADCAST_DEVICEINTERFACE
#include <initguid.h>    // defines the guid macros
