I usually think DeviceIoControl() which uses a
CreateFile() handle, so it's easy to relate.

As to which drive, GetModuleFileName() should
contain the drive letter.
GetCommandLine() should also have the drive letter.

Here is a Delphi version using DeviceIoControl
