You would want to link with the lib file.
But it sounds like if you did, then your application wouldn't run on a
95 system. With LoadLibrary, you could detect that, and disable the
specials.

To get a lib file to link with, locate the dll, and use implib on it.

Might be best, if you need to also support Win95.
