The window's message handler is passed a WM_SYSCOMMAND message when actions on the system menu are chosen. You can intercept the SC_MINIMIZE message here. Don't let it get passed to the DefWindowProc. However savvy users will know that they can press [WindowsKey]-D to minimize all windows and show the desktop, regardless of whether the window is allow to be minimized or not. I don't know a way around this problem.
