True.

Greying minimize's button and menu gives a better understanding of the action taken.

lStyle &= ~WS_MINIMIZEBOX;
SetWindowLong(hWnd, GWL_STYLE, lStyle);
SetWindowPos( hWnd, NULL, 0, 0, 0, 0, SWP_NOSIZE | SWP_NOMOVE | SWP_FRAMECHANGED | SWP_NOZORDER );
