My application needs the Internet. What can I check to see if my customer currently has LAN Internet access at his computer? If he does not, I want to connect using the RasDial API. Internet Explorer has an Internet Options parameter, but I do not know what do call to check that. Besides, what if my customer uses AOL, Thunderbird, etc?
