Those are kernel-level API functions, designed to only be called within
kernel drivers.  Why are you not using the user-level API functions instead?

    RegOpenKey/Ex()
    RegCreateKey/Ex()
    RegSetValue/Ex()
    RegDeleteKey/Ex()
    RegCloseKey()
