Did you take note what what I told you about the mouse positioning?  The
mouse has to actually be over the button at the time you call
TrackMouseEvent().

You did not show how you are creating the main window, nor did you show your
code that processes the message queue.  Also, you appear to be trying to
catch the WM_MOUSEHOVER message in the window procedure of the *main
window*, not the window procedure of the button itself.  The message is
posted directly to the HWND that you specify in the TRACKMOUSEEVENT
structure.  And your use of WM_MOUSEHOVER with WM_COMMAND is completely
wrong.

In any case, I had no trouble at all getting WM_MOUSEHOVER to work properly
just now.  Which is why I asked you to show COMPILABLE code - so that we can
see everything you are atually doing, and tell you exactly what is wrong
with it.  Please show ALL of your test code.  Post a fully compilable
project in the "borland.public.attachments" newsgroup.
