Text methods do not use PEN... so that function is useless...

i found way to make it;

BeginPath(hDC);
TextOut(...);
EndPath(hDC);
StrokePath(hDC);

it creates a path between Begin/End block and with helper api methods
(StrokePath,FillPath...) u can draw it by current pen & brush :)
