Then FindWindow() is not finding Form3's window to begin with.  It is 
finding another window that has the same caption.  Does your form have the 
same caption as the Application->Title property, by chance?

Not handling the message should not be causing any hangs.

It is not sending to the 3rd form, otherwise your handler would getting
