My problem was how to test the explorer crach
situation. When I killed explorer.exe from task manager
it never came back.

Then I (accidentally) found a CD that was damaged
and every try to read it on any CD I have tested so far
caused the explorer exe to crash!

Now that CD is my special support for testing tray
explorer.exe crashes :)
