I'have noticed that an automatic non-local class variable in a dll
compiled with 5.01, 5.02, 5.2, 5.3, and 5.5 does not get its class
destructor called on 4.10.095, 4.10.1998 and 4.10.2222 (same code
compiled w/ms vc4-6 or that same dll tested on later winoses does).
I suspect it is due to some mess in _DllMainCRTStartup, so I'd like
to play with that linker option (entry point) to see if it is the case.
