Yes.

Since all versions of BCB were produced prior to XP, BCB
has no concept of anything related to XP which includes
HDF_SORTDOWN/UP. However, some updates, especially with IE,
will make some of the new XP #define(s) available. Otherwise,
you'll need to track down the value of the #define(s) and do
it yourself.

If you have XP (and you do), you already have it. So you know,
Window's does some checking and loads the appropriate version
automatically.
