I use RasEnumConnections() to find the active dialup connection and then
call RasHangUp() to disconnect. But this doesn't display the
'disconnect/stay connected' dialog, like you get when Internet Explorer is
closed.

Is there a way to have the 'disconnect/stay connected' dialog displayed, or
do I have to make my own?

I know there's InternetGoOnline() which asks the user to go on-line, maybe
there's a similar API call that asks the user to go off-line?
