Hi JD,

I looked yesterdey the good old TAnimatedTrayIcon code,
and I saw the preprocessor statements:

   // M$ says this should be 0x0500 for shellapi >= 5.0
   // but cpp needs it to be 0x0501 or 0x0600
   #undef _WIN32_IE
   #define _WIN32_IE 0x0501

Once, I also noticed some similar problem, but when using
property NOTIFYICONDATA::uTimeout

Please look here:

Do you think that is the same problem or not?

P.S. I have resolved the steps for getting TTextToSpeech
into ActiveX components palette tab. Details at students NG...
