In the olden days, I used to copy the compiler to ramdrive.
Loaded quite a bit faster.

You could also count the number of files to compile, then divide by
say, 3.
	MaxFilesPerCompile = TotalFiles/Processors / 3;
	if( MaxFilesPerCompile > 4 ) MaxFilesPerCompile=4;
This would compile up to 4 files per invokation, and the faster one
would get more sets. A tradeoff between one-at-a-time, and
all-or-nothing.
The 3 and 4 should be user adjustable for optimization.
