Try to include it. The changes generate several errors:

[C++ Error] uxtheme.h(189): E2447 'THEMESIZE' must be a previously defined enumeration tag
[C++ Error] uxtheme.h(189): E2238 Multiple declaration for 'THEMESIZE'
[C++ Error] uxtheme.h(176): E2344 Earlier declaration of 'THEMESIZE'
[C++ Error] uxtheme.h(561): E2447 'PROPERTYORIGIN' must be a previously defined enumeration tag
[C++ Error] uxtheme.h(561): E2238 Multiple declaration for 'PROPERTYORIGIN'
[C++ Error] uxtheme.h(546): E2344 Earlier declaration of 'PROPERTYORIGIN'
