shlobj.h bugs?

I'm using BCB 6 Pro, and simply #include-ing <shlobj.h> in my
project causes these compiler errors:

E2238 Multiple declaration for 'FVSHOWINFO'
E2238 Multiple declaration for 'SHELLFLAGSTATE'

...but the declarations only appear ONCE in the header file!

I have also used Windows search to find those declarations in any
other headers, but that's the only one.  What do I do now?
