The only notification that occurs is EN_CHANGE (the OnChange event). You'll have to figure out manually what the change actually was, though. Perhaps you can use the EN_SELCHANGE notification (the OnSelectionChange event) to keep track of when the user selects text, and then when EN_CHANGE occurs, check of the previous selection has changed and what the new selection is.
