You need to provide some more information about what it is that 
You are doing in the code and what the problem is, do You get 
compiler errors, what errors etc.

And if I read the file correctly, then You will probably be better 
of asking the question in the  cppBuilder.Language.cpp 
It looks to me as if You want help with template programing ?

This group is for queation about the Windows API and similar.

P.s. You can put the code in the body instead of atatching it,
atatching is for binary files (my opinion)
