Correction.

In my last message this line:

  HANDLE STDCALL WindowsHandleFromFILEHandle(FILE *fp)

Should be this:
  HANDLE WINAPI WindowsHandleFromFILEHandle(FILE *fp)

and would also work if you wrote it as this:
    HANDLE __stdcall WindowsHandleFromFILEHandle(FILE *fp)
