May be you mean that you want to pack DLLs and your EXE in one 
executable. Really it is possible. As I know 
exist such packers (commercial and not) that can do it.
But it is not possible to do some easy operations inside 
Borland C++ IDE to deliver success result.

You can try to find in the internet info about such packers 
and read more about it:
