Remy hello,
Please explain me NetUserAdd with Sample code.
I want to add a user to Win2K/XP/NT.
I am using Win2K.SP4 Delphi/CBuilder 6.0 Enterprise Edition.
Please explain with 2Languages (Delphi & CBuilder)
