Scenario A:
=========
Application 1:

   while (!FLAG2 from Application2)
      Sleep(1);
   Perform the rest of the operation.

Application 2:

    do something
    Set FLAG2  // Allow Application1 to proceed


Scenario B:
=========
Application 1:

  void FLAG2 hander()
 {
   ....
 }

 main()
{
   On FLAG2 Call FLAG2 handler
   while (1) {
      Perform the rest of the operation.
   }

Application 2:
