The difference is our definitions of 'visible' and 'hidden'.  Mine is
if you can see it.  Yours is if Windows has a certain bit set.

IsWindowVisible checks to see if the WS_VISIBLE bit is set.  The
TApplication window is zero width and zero height.  By my way of
thinking it is 'hidden'.
