I run a game in full screen mode or window mode, but the game covers the
whole screen.

My application then "StaysOnTop" of the game with alphablending so you can
see through it.

In other words, you can play the game but still see the application, but
when you activate or click on the application that overlays the game, the
Taskbar also activates, is it possible to avoid this, by avoiding this the
"overlay" function will seem alot smoother than having the
"startmenu/taskbar" pop up over everything when clicking on my application.
