Hi, when my app. is installed under Win2000/XPPro system by the system Administrator, regular users launching the app. will run into trouble if my app. wants to write files to it's own folder as the regular user is not allowed to access the folder. Of course this depends on the security policy on that particular system. How can I avoid this kind of trouble? How can I set the Access rights of the newly installed program folder? Maybe I can prompt the Administrator to change the access rights of the newly installed folder but I'm looking for an 'idiot-proof' solution... TIA Andre Beuving
