My program dynamically loads and unloads a DLL with LoadLibrary and FreeLibrary. The first time around, everything works fine. But if I try to call LoadLibrary a second time (after a successful FreeLibrary), I either get an error message like "EOutOfResources...not enough system timers available" or "Internal Error EVA-786." The error is occurring within the LoadLibrary call, before it gets to DllEntryPoint. Has anyone else seen anything like this? My DLL does not use timers. This is code I inherited from someone else, and I have had problems with the DLL before. Don't know how he created the project, very stripped, I had to manually add to the project file to get it to work with SysUtils. I'm starting to wonder if I should recreate this project in a "normal" way. It only has two exported functions. Thanks, Michelle
