This is how I do it...

typedef HANDLE (__stdcall *SHCNLProc)(HANDLE, DWORD, LPCITEMIDLIST**,
LPLONG);

SHCNLProc SHChangeNotificationLock;
SHChangeNotificationLock = (SHCNLProc)GetProcAddress(hmShellLib,
(LPCSTR)644);

//vERUs
