Hi all I wrote a small application that runs as Windows service. Somehow I only get it to start when I put all the idapi*.dll and other BDE stuff in the directory the service EXE is located. Does an application that runs as service don't know anymore where the BDE files are located ? Do I need to specify this somewhere ? Rds Marc

Hi all Problem solved! The problem was that my BDE Path was on a drive that was not accessible from a service :-( Rds "Marc" <info@mawnet.com> schrieb im Newsbeitrag news:4727a76c@newsgroups.borland.com... > Hi all > > I wrote a small application that runs as Windows service. > Somehow I only get it to start when I put all the idapi*.dll and other BDE > stuff in the directory the service EXE is located. > Does an application that runs as service don't know anymore where the BDE > files are located ?
