Taskbar entry right click menu and other oddities

Normally, when you right click on the Taskbar entry of an app, you get
a menu with Minimize, Maximize, Close, and others on it. Two of our
apps do not get this menu. We don't do any calls like
Shell_IconNotify() or any other calls to mess with the taskbar.

These two apps also occasionally (does not happen on demand) get
additional taskbar entries when another window is displayed.

We are using BCB 5. Anybody have any ideas on what would cause this?
What calls we could have made to get these effects?

None of our 50 or more other individual apps exhibit these behaviors.
For the most part, we stick with standard VCL calls, with the
exception of our few tray apps (of which the two with problems are
not).
