ShellExecuteEx and WaitForSingle Object Problem

problem!

 return TRUE;
}

the problem is at the CloseHandle line, CloseHandle returns FALSE and
GetLastError returns Invalid handle code.  but if i use CreateProcess then
CloseHandle for process and thread handle works without error.  somebody got
any clue?
