I wrote a CPL control panel application, it works when on double click, when
copy it to system32, start control panel, it crash on some xp and 2k
machine, but not crash on the developer 2k machine, I wonder I miss some
thing ?

When I keep opening the system32 directory in a file explore window, and
start the control panel, it does not crash, for the developer machine, it
always works.

Is it static linked or dynamic linked?

If dynamic linked then maybe the other machine is missing some DLL's or
packages.

If the DLL's and packages are on the other machine and it is an XP machine
you might want to put them in the same subdirectory as the CPL application.
