Hi,

my app needs to install a driver from an *.inf file. How can this be done?

You can use ShellExecute() for that, ie:

    #include <shellapi>
    ::ShellExecute(NULL, "install", "c:\\yourfile.inf", 0, 0,
SW_SHOWNORMAL);
