Syncing system times from an AS400 down to the user?

I've been told by supervisors at work that they cannot do this. All I do
is tinker with this stuff at home and have never gotten into this kind of
stuff. We use RF units on lift trucks to do our work. Everything is sent
through the air to us. Our AS400 has a time of (examples) 4:00 pm, our units
on the lift trucks have XP Pro OS and a time of 4:05:38, also the interface
program "Rumba" matches XP. The other time system we get paid by ,punch in
and out, is "Kronos". Its time is differant from the other 2 systems. We
can set the Bios clocks on the RF units to match "Kronos", so at least we
know what time it is when we are ready to quit. But we are being told that
they can't sync all 3 systems. I have found many time functions in Windows
and read about a few of them, it just seems to me that may our Systems
people don't want to do it or maybe don't know how. I admit I don't, but
with all the Tech stuff out there I can't imagine that it can't be done. And
done on a regular basis. Once a month or how ever often it would be
required. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks
