Does anyone know why the message dialog box displayed when using the
MAPI_DIALOG flag with MAPISendMail function of SimpleMapi doesn't let you
click on anything?  You can type in the "To Address" box, but cannot click
on the "To" button to access the Address Book, but nothing else works.  You
can't even click the "Send" button to send the message.

PLEASE HELP!!!
