Hello all
I need to play a .wav file which is in the application folder

I have code

PlaySound("C:\\Code\\BIRD1.wav",NULL,SND_FILENAME);

The function is returning true value, but i can't hear the sound.

Right click your volume control and select "Open Volume Control"
Make sure the Wave slider is towards the top, and mute is not checked.
While you are there, make sure of the same thing for Volume Control
slider and checkbox.
