MDI childs flicker when are maximized

Hello, I have a trouble with this ugly behaviour. When you have various MDI Childs maximized and make other active (ActiveMDIChild) the child window flickers. Exists any workaround for this ? I have tried with LockWindowUpdate(ClientHandle); with no success. Regards

I have trid it with no success. I am using windows vista. Maybe, it works with win 98, me...
