Hi
I asked before but I still dont know my answer
Hope this question will solved by help you,
anyway,
I have two languages install (FA and EN)
I know how to know which one is selected
but I also need to change it,
for example, one time in one of my edits I need to write english
but in another edit I have to write in Farsi (Persian).
So my software have to switch, because if not, the user will get crazy :-))

The help says it all. (Press F1 while cursor in functionname).

My problem os completely solved
thanks for everyone
To others may need :

    Default Language :       ShowMessage(GetUserDefaultLangID());
    Current Language :
            char KLID[KL_NAMELENGTH+1]  = {0};
           GetKeyboardLayoutName( KLID );
           ShowMessage( KLID );
    Set To English :            LoadKeyboardLayout("00000409",
KLF_ACTIVATE);
    Set To Persian :            LoadKeyboardLayout("00000401",
KLF_ACTIVATE);
