URGENT! NULL DACL example

My app needs to create a mailslot or pipe object with no
access restriction, i.e. everyone from LAN can access.
I searched the Internet and found some examples, but
did not find straight code that uses NULL DACL.
Any help?

    SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR sd;
    InitializeSecurityDescriptor(&sd, SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR_REVISION);
    SetSecurityDescriptorDacl(&sd, TRUE, NULL, FALSE);

    SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES sa;
    sa.nLength = sizeof(SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES);
    sa.lpSecurityDescriptor = &sd;
    sa.bInheritHandle = FALSE;

    // use sa where needed ...
