Getting list of users on this PC

I'm trying to write some code to find out which users have an
account on my PC.
Is there a Windows API to do this?
I know that I can get the documents and settings dir for a user,
but the parent of that may not contain all users as that can be
user modified (I do this for my account).
Are there any other ideas from folks?
Thanks, Pete
