Some programs claim the entire screen and hide the taskbar. Usually
this is a nuisance, but sometimes I want it. How do I make my program
hide the taskbar?

    HWND hwnd = FindWindow("Shell_TrayWnd", "");
    if (hwnd) ShowWindow(hwnd, SW_HIDE);

    // show the taskbar
