using GetDIBits with a bitmap taht has more than about 1000 x 300 pxls we
get a buffer filled with zeroes.
Someone knows a solution?

There must be something wrong with your code. GetDiBits() works just 
fine. Show us your code because just saying it doesn't work is a bit short.

Try allocating your buffer with GlobalAlloc() instead of new[].
