Hello



I would like to prevent child window from moving in the specific area of the 
parent window.

When I move the child window by the title bar I want it to stop when I 
decide to.

Intercept the WM_WINDOWPOSCHANGING message and manipulate the provided 
WINDOWPOS struct as needed.
