Thanks Lee, that certainly sounds worth a try if I can manage to create the 
lib. "tlib stlpmt.lib" doesn't return any error  from command prompt but 
doesn't create the lib. The bcb6 help on tlib says to create a lib add files 
to a non-existant lib BUT "tlib stlpmt.lib + SomeObjectFile" doesn't create 
anything either (again, no error is returned).
