Just a guess - That sorta looks like NEWOBJSPACKAGE.LIB might contain an 
object that was built in the old location - are you sure _everything_ was 
rebuilt - did you clean out all objs/.libs/all-compiler-generated-output for 
that package when you relocated it to its BCB2007 location, before 
rebuilding/re-installing the package?
