Thank you for the reply.

From the topic in the ide group I was able to add the below to my mainform:

#include "HTMLHelpViewer.hpp"
#pragma link "HTMLHelpViewer"

The connection to my .chm file I created in Microsoft HTML Help Workshop now 
works fine.
