VCL Memory Leak in BCB 2007?

Hi, I have my application ( Build with Borland C++ Builder 2006) that is
leaking memory only under Vista. ( It does not leak under XP Sp2 ).

I rebuilded the application with Borland C++ Builder 2007 Trial with
Windows Vista as the Target OS and it now seems fine.

Was there a memory leak in the VCL components in 2006 that was fixed in
2007? ( I am running Update 1 only, maybee there is a fix in update 2
and the hot fixes? )

I am trying to figure out if the 2007 with windows Vista as Target is
really the solution to my problem.

I am currenlty going through all the fixed bugs for all the Updates for
2006 to see if there is anything fixed that could affect my project..

Thanks

Simon
